Why Wait to Downsize?

I’ve known Amie Tennant (mortgage broker) for over 10 years, so when she introduced me to her clients Greg and Bec, I was more than happy to help.

Fast forward 12 months, and the same floor plan, three levels lower, just sold for $1,250,000. That’s a $200,000 uplift in under 12 months.

Apartments don’t typically deliver this kind of capital growth in such a short window, especially not in high-density locations.
