My husband and I used Andrew for the recent sale of our property and purchase of our new forever home. After chatting with a few different buyers agents earlier this year, we decided to sign up with Andrew at Industry Insider. We also really appreciate that they charge a flat fee when so many buyer's agents charge you a percentage of the sale price. It seems counterintuitive to expect an agent to fight for the best price for you when the more you pay, the more they earn! With a flat fee, that concern is not there.
