We have worked with Andrew through selling our current home and purchasing our dream downsized home in Melbourne’s inner North over an extended period of time. My husband and I used Andrew for the recent sale of our property and purchase of our new forever home. The vendor advocacy service was great as we were given advice that was real, achievable and not overinflated especially in these uncertain times in the property market. After chatting with a few different buyers agents earlier this year, we decided to sign up with Andrew at Industry Insider. Andrew provided us with a set of experienced eyes, friendly guidance, insight into alternative options and practical/industry point-of-view. We also really appreciate that they charge a flat fee when so many buyer's agents charge you a percentage of the sale price. It seems counterintuitive to expect an agent to fight for the best price for you when the more you pay, the more they earn! With a flat fee, that concern is not there.
