We first started looking at homes in early to mid-2023; however, after a few poor outcomes and uncertainties with my work, we put things on hold later that year. We’ve always followed realeastate and domain to see what’s on the market but only started our recent search probably 1-2 months ago. That was also very preliminary, as we were waiting for finance to be approved.I think we’ve inspected maybe 10-15 homes over the last few years. We’ve critiqued probably 5x that number but only inspected if we thought there were at least 6-7/10 of the boxes being ticked.We’ve only bid on two auctions. We had plans to bid at another; however, the auction went very aggressive from the beginning and over what we were willing to spend at the time - a blessing in disguise though, as the area was never our preferred suburb.Honestly, could not be happier with the outcome, especially after seeing that photo of the frontage before the fence/heritage detailing was removed. It’s exactly what we were looking for and didn’t think it would be possible, letterlone to find a home in Malvern.More importantly, we couldn’t have done it without you and your team’s help!

My husband and I used Andrew for the recent sale of our property and purchase of our new forever home.
