We have worked with Andrew through selling our current home and purchasing our dream downsized home in Melbourne’s inner North over an extended period of time. My husband and I used Andrew for the recent sale of our property and purchase of our new forever home. The vendor advocacy service was great as we were given advice that was real, achievable and not overinflated especially in these uncertain times in the property market. We also really appreciate that they charge a flat fee when so many buyer's agents charge you a percentage of the sale price.
